Welcome to CombatAndStrength.com (to be referred to as “C&S” for the purpose of these Terms) Please review the following terms and conditions concerning your use of this site. By using this site, including downloading materials, you agree to these terms and conditions. C&S reserves the right to change these terms and conditions from time to time at its sole discretion. These terms and conditions apply to all visits to the C&S and its store, both now and in the future.
VAT has already been included within the prices where appropriate.
Product Statements and Images:
All claims made on the product labels and website descriptions are the sole responsibility of the manufacturer and we do not claim to agree with or support/substantiate these claims.
All product images are for illustration purposes only.
Use of Goods & Equipment:
Please note that goods must be used at all times in accordance with the manufacturer’s instructions and recommendations. Please consult your doctor before undertaking any form of physical exercise.
Payment and Stock Availability:
Goods and prices are subject to availability. In the event that we are unable to supply the goods, we will inform you of this as soon as possible. A full refund will be offered where you have already paid for the goods.
Goods can be paid for at the checkout via any of our available methods. You may also pay by cheque or postal order. Orders will only be processed on receipt of cheque or postal order and despatched when cleared. Please make cheques payable to Fighters Inc Ltd
All orders receive an automated confirmation email and additional responses as we process and ship your order. We will contact you if there are supply issues, furnishing you with as much information as possible.
We DO NOT send out part balances, alternative or replacement goods without first confirming suitability with the customer.
At all times until despatch you have the right to cancel all or part of your order. If you cancel only part of your order, please note that this may result in a change in shipping fees in correspondence with our shipping fees and policy at that time.
Order Errors / Damaged or Faulty Goods:
Should there be an error with your order or a faulty or damaged item within your order, we require that you notify us in writing within 14 days of receipt.
We will exchange the item for an undamaged replacement or the correct product, or refund the cost of the item if the product is not available. It is for the buyer to pay the postage on returning goods initially and we will refund the cost once received and the item checked.
Whilst in your care, the parcel is deemed your responsibility. If you lose, use or give away that parcel, no replacement will be provided. Once we have received the returned item, we will despatch the corrected order on a next working day service where possible.
In the unlikely event that you wish to return your goods, under the Distance Selling Regulations, we will accept the return of goods sent back to us within 7 days of receipt.
If the unwanted items are returned in their original condition including tags & packaging, we will refund the cost of the item, or offer you an alternative product of similar value as a replacement if required.
The buyer is responsible for the payment of the return postage of the unwanted goods.
We are not able to accept the return of opened and/or part used goods, unless they were originally sent with no packaging.
Please contact us prior to returning goods so that we can clarify the situation and be aware of their return.
We recommend that all returns be sent by recorded delivery for your safety. We will be unable to take responsibility for returned goods that do not reach us.
Shipping Policy (UK):
Some of the items on the store come with free uk shipping to the customer. C&S currently use Hermes & Royal Mail for deliveries, selecting the safest and most cost effective method from each depending on the item.
All UK mainland orders are calculated with postage kept to a minimum. In some cases we even share the postage cost with you to keep the price competitive.
For orders placed before midday for in-stock items we strive to despatch them on the same day. For orders after midday we aim to despatch within 24hrs on a standard 3-4 working day delivery.
If you have not received your goods within 5 working days, please contact us so that we can trace your delivery. Orders can be traced from despatch to delivery so please do not hesitate to contact us on email@example.com should you require an update.
For bulky items or items going to Scotland, Northern Ireland, Isle Of Man, Scilly Isles and Isle Of Wight we reserve the right to add/amend postage charges. In this instance we would not process the order until you have approved the quotation.
Please note that couriers and delivery services deliver mostly during working hours. You may find it more convenient to take delivery at a work address or similar as some goods will need to be signed for. Please submit a complete delivery address to avoid delays or even goods being returned undelivered.
Please ensure that your parcel is not split, damaged or short on delivery and that you are signing for the correct amount of parcels. If your parcel(s) are damaged or short in any way please sign them as damaged and/or incomplete and contact us at your earliest convenience. If a delivery is signed for as perfect, we will be unable to accommodate any claims for damaged or missing goods.
Shipping Policy (International):
C&S can deliver throughout the world. We have a standard postage charge quoted below for UK offshore, European & Worldwide deliveries up to 3kg. In the event that your order should be more than 3kg we may need to apply a delivery surplus charge. In this case we will always contact you to discuss delivery options and agree a surplus charge. You will have the option to cancel your order at any time if you do not wish to pay the surplus charge. Please note that delivery to non-EU countries may incur import duties and taxes. C&S cannot be held liable for any extra duties or taxes charged by customs and excise. Claiming back VAT is also the responsibility of the customer.
International Postage (EU): £9.99 / 5-10 Day Service
International Postage (R.O.W): £14.99 / 7-14 Day Service
It is the customer’s responsibility to ensure that there is someone available to take delivery for goods and provide a signature at your chosen delivery address. If there is no one available, a card will be left for you to contact the local courier depot for either collection or re-delivery.
Should your goods be returned to C&S and you choose to cancel rather than have the items re-delivered, you will receive a full refund, less the carriage and return charges incurred. This would also apply if the delivery address you supplied was incorrect or incomplete, resulting in the goods being returned to us.
Should you require a second delivery you would also be charged for that delivery.
Refused deliveries with no fault on our part will result in the customer being responsible for both the delivery and return charges. When the goods are returned to us we will refund the cost of the item only
All complaints will be acknowledged within 3 working days.
From this point, if we are unable to answer or rectify your situation instantly we will open communications and begin investigation
We constantly strive to maintain and improve our quality of service in all areas. If you feel that you have cause for complaint or a suggestion for improvement please contact us immediately. We will register your complaint, keep you updated on our investigation and notify you of the outcome. In accordance with the Data Protection Act 1984 we do not supply any of your details to any third party.
We are committed to protecting your personal privacy and, in accordance with UK Data Protection law; we uphold strict security procedures for the storage of your personal information.
When you place an order we collect your name, e-mail address, mailing address, phone number and credit card information. We may record which products you are interested in and which products you purchase. We may also monitor customer traffic patterns to improve the service we provide.
This information is used to process orders and to provide a more personal shopping experience. We may also send promotional emails from our own web offers and events but will not provide your contact information to any third parties.
Warranty is granted on products where stated on the product information
